Who We Are
Cal Chase (father) and Donavon Chase (son) had a dream of one day owning a bar. This dream became a reality one day after the decision was made. The Chases farm locally in Tekoa as they have for 6 generations.
Cal is married to Cathy who had two children Kendra (presently in Virginia Beach and married to Stephen DiMichele) and Donavon who farms and operates the bar with Cal.
Donavon is married to Sara who owns a photography business in Tekoa (www.chasephotography). Donavon and Sara have two girls Denali and McKinley and two boys Charlie and Bayler who's names appear in the menu.
Both Cal and Donavon are certified teachers, Cal has retired from teaching while Donavon continues to work in the educational setting as an administrator and IT coordinator. Donavon is also the fire chief for Tekoa and Whitman County Fire District #1 (tekoafire.com).
